• We at X-tra Storage, Inc. recognize that our relationships with current and prospective customers are based on integrity and trust.  In the event a customer electronically overpays an outstanding obligation to X-tra Storage, Inc., the overpayment will be immediately refunded or applied against the next month’s bill, at the customer’s request.
